Project Manager Retrofit

• Manage ship retrofit projects for our client in the marine industry

• Coordinate project activities with international teams (Europe and Asia)

• Plan and follow project schedule, budget, and quality

• Coordinate technical activities with suppliers, shipyards, and internal teams

• Monitor project progress and report status

• Ensure project delivery according to requirements and deadlines

Qualifications

• Experience as Project Manager in technical or engineering projects

• Technical background in marine engines or electrical systems

• Experience with ship retrofit projects is a strong advantage

• Good project coordination and organizational skills

• Ability to work with international teams

• Good level of English (written and spoken)

• Location in Romania (Constanța preferred)
