Project Manager

Responsibilities:

·       Develop detailed project plans and schedules, including timelines, resources, and budget

·       Manage project scope, budget, and schedule to ensure project delivery within defined parameters

·       Monitor and track project progress, identify and mitigate project risks and issues, and ensure that project milestones are met

·       Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and manage project dependencies and ensure effective communication and collaboration

·       Communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders, including project sponsors, business stakeholders, and development teams

·       Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, project charters, risk and issue logs, and status reports

·       Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and standards, including PMI's Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK)

·       Conduct post-project reviews and lessons learned sessions to identify opportunities for process improvement and best practices

Requirements

Requirements & Skills:

·       Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field

·       5+ years of experience in project management, with experience leading cross-functional teams

·       Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop detailed project plans and schedules, manage project scope, budget, and schedule, and identify and mitigate project risks and issues

·       Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization

·       Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and strategically to identify solutions to complex problems

·       Experience with project management software and tools, including Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar tools

·       Project management certification, such as PMP or Prince2, is a plus
