Role Summary

Do you roll up your sleeves with a passion for project management excellence?

At Wolfe LLC, we are on a quest to revolutionize how we deliver innovative gifting solutions across our product portfolio. We are seeking a Project Manager to drive the successful execution of projects and critical initiatives for the PMO team, with a focus on the marketing and consumer teams.

    • Maintain a portfolio level project completion rate of 70% or higher.
    • Lead quarterly planning for assigned portfolios with documented alignment and approval from leadership prior to project kickoff.
    • Improve execution efficiency by reducing stalled projects and decision delays, demonstrated through clearer ownership, faster cycle times, and fewer unresolved dependencies during the review period.

    Qualifications

    • Project Management Expertise: Solid knowledge of Agile methodologies and hands-on experience in managing complex projects with a focus on speed, on-time, on-budget delivery. Hands on experience w/ Jira, Confluence, Monday.com, and other agile tools with an AI-first mindset.
