Key Responsibilities:

●      Design, test, and optimize prompts for ChatGPT, Claude and other large language models (LLMs) to improve accuracy and reliability.

●      Work directly on customer prompt generation and optimization in partnership with customer support and the engineering team

●      Create custom prompts and scripts for Chat and Voice agents.

●      Conduct prompt engineering experiments to enhance AI performance

●      Analyze AI-generated outputs, identify weaknesses, and refine prompts for better context understanding.

●      Stay updated with advancements in AI, NLP, and prompt engineering techniques.

●      Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AI responses, biases, and inconsistencies.

Requirements

Qualifications & Skills

Required Qualifications:

●      Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or related fields.

●      Experience designing, testing, and refining prompts to optimize LLM outputs.

●      Experience working with GPT-4o (ChatGPT’s base LLM), or other foundational models (Claude, Gemini, LLaMA, etc.).

●      Strong understanding of natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning concepts.

●      Excellent communication skills to convey AI behavior insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Highly Desired Qualifications:

●      Experience with fine-tuning or customizing LLMs.

●      Familiarity with prompt engineering tools like LangChain.

●      Knowledge of ethical AI practices and bias mitigation strategies.

●      Experience working in industries where AI-driven automation is critical (e.g., customer support, content generation, chatbots).
