What You'll Do
- Lead the full client journey from consultation to completed project with full ownership of outcomes.
- Assess homeowner goals and financial position to identify the best Revive program fit.
- Design and present property strategies including scopes, budgets, timelines, and expected ROI.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with construction, design, and finance teams to execute projects seamlessly.
- Negotiate, problem-solve, and influence decisions to align homeowner goals with profitable outcomes.
- Manage and grow your book of business using HubSpot CRM with precision and accountability.
- Refine the client experience by elevating communication, presentation, and process for consistent excellence.
- Own your market performance; revenue, conversion rates, and client satisfaction define success.

Requirements
- 3–5+ years of consultative sales, client advisory, or real estate experience.
- Proven success managing a book of business or high-value client portfolio.
- Strong business acumen and comfort with financial analysis, ROI, and project scope.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- CRM proficiency (HubSpot preferred).
- Real estate license preferred, not required.

COMPENSATION RANGE AND CONSIDERATIONS:
The range listed is what we reasonably expect to pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and it may be modified in the future. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, experience, and equity package.
