Psych Nurse Practitioner- Inpatient/Outpatient Split
Outstanding Career opportunity for an experienced psychiatric nurse practitioner/clinical nurse specialist to work with the under-served population in a community mental health clinic
Practitioner will work on both the inpatient and outpatient teams which offer excellent support and provide ample opportunity for growth
Inpatient responsibilities include psychiatric examinations and evaluation for diagnosis, treatment planning, and treatment (psychopharmacological and psychotherapy); share leadership of interdisciplinary team; written orders; coordinate with physician
Outpatient responsibilities include clinical evaluation and management of outpatients, other services as needed; occasional involvement in consultation to crisis (emergency) services. Provide patient education and assist in wellness initiatives
Monday – Friday Schedule
No Nights, No Weekends and No Call!!!
