on behalf of our client - Premium Solutions Consultancy is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Psychiatrist to join a prestigious healthcare facility in Qatar. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive mental health care, including diagnosis, treatment, and support for patients with various psychiatric disorders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients to diagnose mental health disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based practices.
• Provide psychotherapy, medication management, and behavioral interventions.
• Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions and treatments.
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient records.
• Participate in professional development and training initiatives to remain current with best practices.

Requirements

• Medical degree with a specialization in Psychiatry.
• Valid medical license and board certification in Psychiatry.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a practicing Psychiatrist.
• Strong diagnostic and treatment skills in various psychiatric disorders.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate approach to patient care.
• Bilingual proficiency (Arabic and English) is preferred.
