Job Summary
We’re looking for a QA Salesforce Engineer with strong experience in both manual and automation testing to ensure the quality, stability, and reliability of Salesforce-based applications. This role serves as a key bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring every feature meets defined acceptance criteria, aligns with business requirements, and adheres to the organization’s quality standards. You will play a critical role in validating functionalities, detecting defects, supporting continuous improvement, and ensuring an exceptional product delivery experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute manual test cases for Salesforce features, including custom objects, flows, validations, triggers, integrations, and Lightning components.
- Validate business requirements against delivered Salesforce functionality.
- Log, track, and prioritize defects using Jira (or similar).
- Support regression testing for Salesforce releases, enhancements, and deployments.
- Perform exploratory and functional testing across Salesforce clouds in scope (Sales, Service, Experience, etc.).
- Validate user permissions, profiles, roles, and security configurations.
- Collaborate with developers, Salesforce admins, and QA engineers to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
- Participate in sprint ceremonies and provide QA updates.
- Support automation coverage for Salesforce using tools such as Selenium, Playwright, or Salesforce-focused frameworks.
Requirements
- 3+ years of QA experience, including hands-on Salesforce application testing.
- Experience testing Salesforce configurations, custom developments, integrations, Lightning components, and flows.
- 2+ years of automation experience (preferably including Salesforce environments).
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, regression testing, and defect lifecycle.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, and test management tools.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong English communication skills (B2+ required).

- Salesforce platforms
- Management tools: Jira, Confluence, Tricentis (or equivalent)
- API testing: Postman
- Automation: Selenium, Playwright, Provar or Copado testing preferred
- Databases: SQL / DynamoDB
- AWS familiarity is a plus
- CI/CD familiarity (Copado, Jenkins, GitHub Actions preferred)
