ABOUT YOUR ROLE
You will be responsible for supplier and imported quality related activities and ISO to ensure the smooth and effective operation of incoming activities related to quality are performed and executed accordingly.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
Ensure all incoming and imported products not meeting product specification will be held physically and updated into the system.
Perform simulated testing or real application testing as required.
Work upon Supervisor’s assignments
Track and monitor critical to supplier quality parameters and work closely to suppliers and manufacturing to improve the capability
Handle customer complaints by conducting investigation and providing feedback to the requester within the specified time and feedback to respective team for corrective actions
Lead and supervise incoming quality lab staff to carry out routine product testing and additional test required
Work and monitor closely with production, planner and CCC on preventing and resolving quality issues
Assist on ISO related activities and conduct internal audits
Coordinate on purchase of chemicals and lab use item
Coordinate on Calibration management system
Prepare and submit relevant reports accordingly
Work upon Supervisor’s assignments
Qualifications
WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
1 - 3 years related experience needed. Science, Engineering, or related experience preferred.
Certified Auditor or Certified Quality Analyst preferred.
Thoroughly knowledgeable on database administration and systems testing and auditing processes.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Excellent auditing and statistical skills
Excellent attention to detail & organizational skills.
Excellent technical aptitude
Strong team-building and mentoring skills.
