About the Role  

We are seeking a detail-oriented QA/QC Engineer Graduate to join our teams and gain hands-on experience in quality management across large-scale construction projects. This role offers exposure to quality assurance and control processes, ensuring compliance with project specifications, standards, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities   

  • Assist in developing and implementing QA/QC plans and procedures.
  • Support inspection and testing activities for materials and workmanship.
  • Review and interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure compliance.
  • Maintain accurate quality documentation, including inspection reports and test records.
  • Liaise with site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve quality issues.
  • Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action plans for non-conformances.
  • Assist in internal audits and quality reviews.
  • Promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement across the project team.

 

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Knowledge of quality standards and processes (ISO 9001 is an advantage).
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with QA/QC software or systems is a plus.
  • Commitment to health, safety, and quality standards.
