Education Background:
Qualifications:
At least 3 years of work experience in Quality Control / Quality Assurance or Manufacturing Engineering with customer interface.
Experience leading cross-functional teams for quality improvement and complaint management.
Strong problem-solving skills (8D, Fishbone Diagram, Why-Why Analysis).
Knowledge of SAP system.
Knowledge of IATF 16949 requirements and Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA).
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Experience with statistical tools (Minitab, Qs-Stat, etc.)
Good communication skills in English.
