We are looking for a Quality Engineer (m/w/d) t to join our team in Santo Tirso, Portugal and support quality activities on the A320 program.

Your missions will be:

• Supporting quality activities within industrialization and operational quality
• Contributing to quality product improvement initiatives
• Participating in the Transfer of Work (ToW) of Work Packages
• Supporting Major Modifications (Major Mods) on the A320 program
• Applying standard quality methods and product knowledge
• Contributing to project management and APQP activities
• Working within a Multifunctional Team (MFT) to achieve quality objectives
• Using quality and industrial data systems and tools in daily activities
• Ensuring effective communication with team members and customers

Requirements

About you:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in industrialization, quality, project management, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in industrialization or operational quality
• Strong knowledge of standard quality processes and product requirements
• Project management and APQP skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to influence objectives within a Multifunctional Team (MFT) organization
• Proficiency with SAP (AA-PE1)
• Experience with APQP IT Tool (ADOC)
• Knowledge of internal servers and SharePoints
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and Spreadsheet Tools
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Experience with Netshares specifics for the service
• Experience with MoveIT
• Fluent in English (mandatory)
• French is a strong plus
