Job Title: Senior Analytics Engineer

Job Description

• Design, develop, and maintain analytics solutions for the energy domain, focusing on Operations & Maintenance (O&M) analytics.
• Build data models, dashboards, and reports to support asset performance, reliability, and operational efficiency.
• Implement and support Digital Grid Analytics (DGA) use cases such as outage analysis, grid monitoring, and predictive maintenance.
• Apply MCSA concepts for effective data management, querying, and performance tuning.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, and business teams to translate requirements into analytics solutions.
• Ensure data quality, accuracy, scalability, and performance of analytics platforms.

Requirements

6–10 years of experience in analytics or data engineering roles, preferably in the energy or utilities domain.

Strong experience in O&M analytics, asset analytics, or operational reporting.

Hands-on knowledge of MCSA concepts and SQL-based data solutions.

Experience with Digital Grid Analytics (DGA) or smart grid analytics.

Strong understanding of data modeling, reporting, and visualization.

Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
