Location: Lancashire (Remote considered)

Compensation: £200 monthly retainer + 20% commission on all advertising sales revenue

They´re passionate about supporting local businesses and bringing authentic, community-driven content to our listeners. As they grow its footprint, they're looking for a driven Sales Manager to help power its next chapter.

Role Overview:
They´re looking for a charismatic, self-motivated Advertising Sales Manager to sell on-air and digital advertising packages to local and regional businesses. You'll be the face of the client in the commercial world — identifying new opportunities, building strong relationships, and helping businesses connect with our loyal audience.

What You’ll Do:

• Identify, contact, and pitch to local businesses across Lancashire

• Sell advertising airtime, sponsorships, and digital media packages

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients

• Create tailored advertising proposals to meet client objectives

• Work closely with the production team to bring client campaigns to life

• Hit monthly revenue goals (with plenty of earning potential)

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven sales experience in media or radio sales

• Great communication and relationship-building skills

• Self-starter with a strong work ethic and entrepreneurial mindset

• Knowledge of the Lancashire business community is an advantage

• Passion for local media and a belief in its power to connect
