Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive interviews and qualification processes for technical and non-technical roles, from individual contributors to managerial and senior-level candidates.

• Collaborate with our sourcing team to maintain a pipeline of high-quality candidates.

• Apply data-driven methods to track recruitment metrics, ensuring continuous improvement.

• Proven recruitment experience, with a strong focus on technical hiring (software engineers, developers, IT specialists, etc.)

• Demonstrated success in recruiting within the UK market

• Track record of identifying and qualifying managerial and senior-level talent

• Independent and proactive approach, with energy, intelligence, and resourcefulness

• Strong focus, drive to succeed, and ambition

• Must have own computer and reliable internet access for video calls

Soft Skills

• Professional demeanor capable of impressing international clients and partners

• Enthusiasm for engaging with new companies and individuals globally

• Ability to adapt communication styles across diverse cultures and markets

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience, including technical roles

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in Google Docs, meeting software, and general recruitment tools
