We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong recruiting background with familiarity in best practices relating to Human Resources, Recruitment, and onboarding. This position reports to the Senior Recruiter, India.

What you will do

Support interview scheduling and coordination for roles managed by senior recruiters, ensuring a smooth candidate and interviewer experience.
Assist with recruiting efforts for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, and candidate communication, under guidance from senior team members.
Help build and maintain candidate pipelines by following established sourcing plans and outreach templates.
Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to support hiring needs, timelines, and process logistics.
Maintain accurate candidate data and notes in the ATS, and share basic pipeline updates with the recruiting team.
Demonstrate strong attention to detail and data accuracy, and develop comfort using recruiting data to support hiring decisions.

What you bring

2-3 years of experience in a recruiting in Technology Sector
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work independently to manage multiple projects and workflows
Startup experience and cross-functional team experience
A hustler mentality, founding a company or building side projects is a plus!
