What we're looking for

Motivated, curious, fast-learning talent ready to start a career in Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, or People Operations.

This isn't a typical People internship. It's hands-on, operational, fast-paced, and directly tied to the growth of Influur.

Your Skillset

  • Strong communication skills and genuine interest in people.
  • Curiosity to learn how sourcing, interviewing, and recruiting processes work.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • A proactive, resourceful mindset, you figure things out.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-moving environment.
  • Interest in tech, startups, or influencer culture is a plus.
  • Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn is helpful but not required.
  • Bilingual English–Spanish is a bonus.
