About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Recruiting, Sourcing, and Client-Facing professional—someone with proven experience in full-cycle recruiting who thrives at connecting with top talent, building relationships, and engaging candidates through persuasive, consultative conversations. This role combines strategic outbound sourcing with hands-on recruitment, requiring a proactive approach and strong candidate and client engagement skills.

If you have 3+ years of recruiting experience and a background in sales, business development, or client-facing roles, you’ll excel in this position. Your ability to influence and engage candidates will be as critical as your recruiting expertise. Experience with proactive recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, HireSweet, and other talent-identification platforms is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

 

  • Strategically source and identify candidates through LinkedIn, HireSweet, job boards, social media, referrals, and other proactive channels.
  • Conduct outbound candidate outreach using persuasive, personalized messaging to attract top talent.
  • Review resumes and conduct detailed screening calls, assessing skills, experience, and motivation.
  • Build, maintain, and manage high-quality candidate pipelines to ensure a consistent flow of top talent.
  • Partner with recruiters, clients, and internal stakeholders to deeply understand hiring needs and role requirements.
  • Coordinate interviews, provide hiring recommendations, and support onboarding activities.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in Greenhouse ATS or similar systems.
  • Continuously refine sourcing strategies, outreach messaging, and recruiting processes to improve results.
  • Mentor junior recruiters or support team initiatives where applicable, sharing best practices in sourcing and candidate engagement.

 

Qualifications

 

  • 3+ years of experience in recruiting, talent sourcing, HR, and client-facing roles.
  • Strong relationship-building, influencing, and consultative skills; confident engaging candidates and clients at all levels.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable collaborating with global teams.
  • Tech-savvy and experienced with ATS and proactive recruiting/outreach tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, HireSweet, CRM systems, Greenhouse, etc.).
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
  • Self-starter mindset; motivated to take ownership of recruiting initiatives and grow into more senior talent acquisition responsibilities.
