Telesign (part of the Proximus Global) is looking for a Recruiter who will manage end-to-end hiring processes, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. This role involves close collaboration with hiring managers, organizing employer branding initiatives, and leveraging social media and networking to attract top talent. The ideal candidate is proactive, tech-savvy, and thrives in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Responsibilities

  • You will independently execute the recruitment process and work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, candidate profiles, and skill requirements.
  • You will manage open requisitions, including job posting, applicant pipeline management, proactive recruiting, sourcing, screening candidates, scheduling, and conducting interviews.
  • You will build recruiting resources by conducting research, networking for referrals, and identifying viable current and future candidates.
  • You will organize and participate in employer branding networking events, career fairs, and identify opportunities to host industry-relevant events at our office.
  • You will ensure accurate and timely tracking and record-keeping of applicants and candidate recruiting activities, including interviews and assessments.
  • You will maintain applicant-tracking data and provide periodical reports and updates.
  • You will develop relationships with third-party recruitment agencies and manage the procurement and measurement process.
  • You will get involved in creating and running onboarding activities to make great first impressions for new hires.
  • You will create a positive candidate experience, representing the company’s values through every touchpoint.
  • You will collaborate with global teams and operate in a multicultural environment, reflecting the diverse and dynamic nature of the organization.

Requirements

  • You have a relevant university degree (economics, psychology, or organizational background).
  • You have full professional proficiency in English (written and verbal).
  • You have 2+ years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably for technical and hard-to-fill roles.
  • You have experience organizing employer branding and recruiting events.
  • You are familiar with Applicant Tracking Systems (experience with Greenhouse or Cornerstone is a plus).
  • You have an innovative and proactive approach.
  • You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • You have strong organizational skills and excel in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • You are tech-savvy and constantly looking for progressive ways to optimize and improve processes.
  • You have team spirit and a positive, flexible approach.
