From Swimming lessons, to walking football and everything in-between we are driven to provide fun and welcoming sessions to support the whole community to be active, both within our leisure centres and in the local community.

We’re looking for a Reformer Pilates Instructor to join our friendly and professional team, we are excited to be launching our brand‑new Reformer Pilates programme on 1st March 2026.

To support this, we are offering Reformer Pilates Instructor training* on 12th & 13th February 2026.

To take part in the training, you must hold one of the following qualifications:

  • Level 2 Fitness Instructor
  • Level 2 Exercise to Music
  • Level 3 Personal Training
  • Level 2 or Level 3 Pilates

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain new skills and be part of an exciting programme from day one.

We’re looking for someone who is enthusiastic, customer‑focused and passionate about supporting others. You’ll ensure every participant gets the most from their session in a fun, enjoyable and safe environment. As part of our fitness team, you’ll help shape a successful class programme and play a key role in engaging the community.

Hours: Casual hours, as and when required.

Requirements

  • Previous experience of leading/coaching and supervising group exercise classes
  • Experience working in a leisure related environment involving customer service
  • To be able to demonstrate previous experience of working within a team
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Be able to maintain the highest level of professionalism and integrity
