We are seeking a dynamic remote Operations Partner who will support, coach, and assist franchise locations from onboarding to launch and continued coaching thru full-time year-round production.
Responsibilities:
Assist new franchises and the franchisor team during the onboarding stage with large and small equipment choices, employees, and operational setup.Travel to locations throughout the Mid-West Region to assist with the launch of new Franchises within the territoryPerform periodic on-site visits for established locations and provide recommendations for improvements and growth.Promote the safety culture, ensure adherence to the ANSI Z133 Safety Standards.Consult with Owners weekly to provide support and recommendations on business operations, sales, profitability. Discuss operational issues with owners to include technical support, tree care operations, equipment issues and needs and safetyPerform monthly business review calls for each location in the region to review the P&L, budget, monthly financial ratio checklist (MFRC) and KPIs to identify issues and help the franchisee with an action plan to correct these issues.Position reports to the Director of franchise operations and safety.Travel between 30% & 50%
Qualifications:
Associate or bachelor’s degree in the green industry preferredISA or State Arborist Certification preferred or the ability to obtain oneCTSP Certification preferred or the ability to obtain oneExperience in the Plant Health Care service line.Experience in managing the day-to-day operations of a residential/commercial tree care business including sales support.Knowledge of small business principles.Ability to analyze a profit and loss report and identify issues affecting profitabilityExcellent communication skillsFamiliar with ANSI Z133 safety standardFamiliar with ANSI A300 standardsExperience in sales supportStrong computer skillsStrong organization, time management and planning skillsPosition is remote and candidate needs to be located in the Mid-west region of the U.S.
