Regional Sales Manager

We are seeking an outstanding Regional Sales Manager to lead our Southern Roofing & Renovations sales team in our Memphis & Arkansas branches. This roles is responsible for leading and managing the sales team to drive revenue growth, achieve sales targets, and expand the company’s market presence. This role involves developing and executing regional sales strategies, managing key client relationships, and overseeing the performance of the regional sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, strong communication skills, and experience in the construction or restoration industry. 

This role requires both office-based work and field visits to client sites within the assigned region. The Regional Sales Manager may need to travel regularly and work flexible hours to meet client and business demands.
