We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to join our team as we continue to grow. In this position you will be responsible for developing and maintaining long-term, profitable relationships with our customers to promote spare/replacement/retrofit for Flares, Burners, Incinerators and other Zeeco Combustion products.
Key responsibilities:
In this new position we'll look to you to:
Explore and identify and anticipate the needs of end users and customers.
Coordinate with the team to get techno-commercial proposals within specific time frames and coordinate with customers / End Users / Agents or distributors.
Provide/arrange support for assessment/inspections of combustion units/equipment on site.
Proactively work on data collection about various combustion products on our end user sites.
Generate and sell Zeeco spare parts for Zeeco products as well as retrofit opportunities to replace spare parts of our competitions products.
Conduct lunch and learns with various groups at our end user locations such as Production team, Planning team, Turnaround, shutdowns, pit-stops, and Maintenance teams.
Coordinate with end users, local agents, and distributors for end user site visits to generate enquiries / opportunities.
Skills and competencies required:
Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical or related field)
Solid industry experience (ie. sales and/or industry experience)
Must be bilingual in English and Regional Language in either Mandarin Chinese, Malay, Tamil and English
Must be willing to travel extensively in the South East Asia region.
Sales experience working with an OEM/EPC/End-user is preferred.
Highly motivated, versatile, and able to work on their own as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Effective interpersonal skill plus able to communicate effectively by telephone, email, and face to face.
Hands on experience or field experience with combustion equipment preferred.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
