Position Summary
Ready to be the superhero of our nursing unit? As our Registered Nurse II Neighborhood/Unit Manager, you'll be the captain of our care crew, steering the ship of established policies and programs. You'll orchestrate the symphony of nursing care, conduct the chorus of scheduling and personnel management, and ensure our PPS and MDS compliance hits all the right notes. Your superpower? Qualifications

- Your encyclopedic knowledge: Health Department regulations, including the thrilling world of annual Federal and State Health Department surveys, PPS, MDS, and OBRA requirements. It's like knowing all the cheat codes, but for healthcare!
