Registered Nurse

SearchPlus HR is looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. This role involves delivering top-quality patient care, including assessing patient health needs, implementing care plans, and evaluating patient progress. Your clinical expertise and compassionate approach will be essential in improving the overall health and well-being of our patients.

Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and document findings accurately.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments following established protocols.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Educate patients and families regarding care plans and health management strategies.
• Monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions and changes to the healthcare team.
• Uphold the highest standards of patient safety and quality care.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) is preferred; an Associate's degree (ADN) may be accepted depending on experience.
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification is a plus.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and diverse environment.
• Previous experience in a clinical setting is desirable; applications from new graduates are also encouraged.
