Regulatory Officer

The company operates one of the largest and most advanced vertically integrated production plants in Europe, delivering daily innovations and high-quality products, using raw materials that raise the bar for quality in both the Greek and international markets.
We are looking for a Regulatory Officer whose main responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring product compliance with Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009 and all applicable European legislation.
- Monitoring legislation amendments and keeping all relevant departments informed of any changes.
- Collaborating actively with the R&D department on the selection and approval of raw materials, ensuring the timely update and archiving of corresponding accompanying documents.
- Creating, reviewing, and maintaining the Products Information Files (PIF).
- Reviewing and verifying product labels, claims, and technical documentation.
- Cooperating cross-functionally with R&D, Marketing, Production, and external partners.
- Providing regulatory support to the Sales, Exports, and Marketing departments, addressing customer inquiries related to legislative matters.
- Supporting inspections and audits conducted by competent authorities.
Required Qualifications:
- University degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biology, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in cosmetics regulatory affairs.
- Solid understanding and practical knowledge of European cosmetics legislation.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, high attention to detail, and a collaborative team spirit.
- Experience with ISO 22716.
- Familiarity with international market regulations (outside the EU).
