Relationship Manager reporting to the Head Sales Team, the candidate will be responsible for the following:
Primarily focus on developing and maintaining strong client relationships by providing high quality customer service to existing clients and to increase the share of wallet,
Front-to-back responsibility for the account opening process of end-clients of our institutional partners by conducting proper documentation review and analyzing KYC pack received from partners for Compliance review submission,
Proactively engage with clients to increase the AuM and Revenues and seek business development opportunities to bring new prospective Partners and clients,
Act as the Senior account manager and day-to-day point of contact for your clients (front to back responsibility of client relationships) and the wider institutional community in Asia-Pacific,
Act as a full member of the Firm’s Institutional Sales team and be involved in regular market landscape updates and competitive analysis sessions with Management team,
Be part of key internal projects on new-to-market or expansion of Swissquote products and services for the target market,
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing and new client relationships,
Participate in networking events and industry conferences to enhance business presence,
Engage with Clients and understand their needs in order to find and develop solutions,
Utilise a consultative approach to identify client needs and provide client-focused solutions, working closely with various internal departments (locally and in Headquarters).
Qualifications
6-8 years of experience in private wealth management, client relationship management, or a similar role with a financial institution licensed by MAS or equivalent jurisdiction supervision,
Strong understanding of financial markets and the Wealth Management space (ideally private banking background),
Ability to communicate effectively in a verbal and written form in multiple languages, including as mandatory English and as a preference Mandarin - Chinese,
Singaporean or Permanent Resident.
