Job Summary
We’re on the lookout for a driven, articulate, and ambitious Business Development Representative ready to accelerate their career in tech sales. As a BDR, you’ll play a crucial role in generating qualified leads, building prospect pipelines, and setting up sales opportunities for fast-growing global companies. This is a great entry point into international sales, with long-term growth paths into Account Executive or Sales Manager roles.

Key Responsibilities
- Research, identify, and prospect potential clients email, LinkedIn, cand high volume cold calling.
- Qualify leads and book discovery meetings for the sales team.
- Craft personalized outreach messages that resonate with target buyers.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
- Collaborate with Account Executives and Marketing to refine messaging and improve conversion rates.
- Consistently meet and exceed weekly KPIs related to outreach, meetings booked, and qualified leads generated.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or a related customer-facing role (SDR/BDR experience preferred but not required).
- Proven ability to handle high-volume cold calling and other forms of outreach.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, HubSpot, or similar platforms is a plus.
- Self-motivated, coachable, and eager to work in a target-driven environment.
- Ability to work UK or US time zones, depending on client needs.
