We are seeking an experienced Recruiter with 4+ years of recruiting experience, including at least 3 years supporting federal contracts, to lead high-volume hiring for Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Financials and ERP roles. This role is critical to proposal staffing, new contract awards, and rapid project ramp-ups in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
The ideal candidate is a full-cycle recruiter who thrives in high-volume settings, is confident negotiating compensation, and is experienced in W2 hiring and converting C2C candidates to W2. This role is fully remote and best suited for someone highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable managing multiple priorities with minimal supervision.

Full-Cycle Recruiting
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for:
- Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Financials roles (functional and technical)
- Other ERP financial modules (Oracle Cloud Financials, SAP FI/CO, PeopleSoft Financials, Dynamics Finance), as needed
- Quickly interpret job requirements and translate them into targeted sourcing strategies
- Conduct detailed candidate screens and interviews to assess technical, functional, and federal experience
- Support proposal staffing, new project ramp-ups, and contract expansions
High-Volume & Proposal Staffing
- Successfully manage multiple concurrent requisitions in a high-volume environment
- Recruit for time-sensitive and hard-to-fill roles under proposal and delivery deadlines
- Pivot quickly between job descriptions and shifting priorities
Candidate Pipeline & Relationship Management

Build and maintain long-term talent pipelines for:
- Oracle EBS
- ERP Financials
- Federal contracting roles
- Maintain regular touchpoints with high-potential candidates
- Proactively engage candidates ahead of demand to support rapid ramp-ups
Compensation & W2 Hiring

Lead salary and compensation discussions, including:
- Presenting offers and counteroffers
- Aligning candidate expectations with internal compensation bands and budgets
- Serve as a knowledgeable resource for candidates by explaining company benefits, policies, and employment offerings, and responding to related questions.
- Focus primarily on W2 hiring
- Confidently explain and influence W2 vs C2C, including successful conversion of C2C candidates to W2 where appropriate
- Partner with HR and Compensation to finalize offers
Tools, Process & Candidate Experience

Utilize ATS and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter) to:
- Post roles
- Track candidates
- Maintain accurate documentation
- Ensure all recruiting activities are properly documented
- Deliver a strong candidate experience through clear communication and timely follow-up
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of recruiting experience in a high-volume environment
- Demonstrated experience recruiting for ERP Financials, including Oracle EBS Financials or similar platforms
- Experience negotiating compensation and closing candidates
- Strong experience recruiting primarily for W2 employment
- Proven ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously in a remote environment
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Strong desire to grow with the company
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
- 3+ years recruiting in the federal contracting space
- Experience staffing federal contractors (civilian agencies, DoD, or similar)
- Familiarity with cleared or regulated roles
- Experience recruiting for ERP platforms beyond Financials
- Advanced sourcing experience using LinkedIn Recruiter

Work Schedule
Standard hours are 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., with flexibility during high-volume periods such as proposal deadlines and major project ramp-ups.
