Full-Time Remote Mental Health Therapist

Location: Arkansas

Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary

We are hiring Arkansas-licensed therapists to provide full-time telehealth clinical services. This role involves conducting therapy sessions, maintaining documentation, monitoring client outcomes, and supporting consistent care delivery across assigned cases. The position is built around clear workflows and defined clinical responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct telehealth therapy sessions
• Maintain up-to-date clinical documentation
• Monitor treatment outcomes and adjust approaches
• Support continuity of care across sessions
• Provide clinical input on complex cases
• Follow all state and ethical requirements

Requirements

• Active Arkansas license as LCSW, LPC, or LMFT
• Master’s degree in a mental health discipline
• At least 2 years post-licensure clinical experience
• Familiarity with telehealth systems
• Strong time management skills
