Position Type: Full-Time
Salary: $100,000 – $110,000 annually
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Role Overview:
This Telehealth Therapist position allows you to provide mental health care from a home-based setting while serving clients throughout Texas. You’ll handle a consistent caseload, carry out video-based therapy sessions, and support clients with practical tools to manage stress, mood, and daily challenges. The structure is straightforward: weekday hours, scheduled sessions, and clear expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide telehealth counseling sessions to individuals (and families when applicable).
• Complete virtual biopsychosocial assessments and diagnostic evaluations.
• Create treatment plans with measurable, client-centered goals.
• Document sessions, interventions, and progress within required timeframes.
• Collaborate with other clinicians and support staff via secure communication tools.
• Help manage risk by conducting safety assessments and following internal procedures.
• Join regular online team huddles, supervision, and educational opportunities.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related field.
• Active Texas license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent).
• Prior experience providing mental health therapy; telehealth experience preferred.
• Confident using video platforms and electronic health record systems.
• Access to a private, professional home workspace and reliable high-speed internet.
