Position Overview:

Support clients in an online setting by facilitating therapy sessions that foster emotional well-being and personal growth.

Type: Full-time

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year + full benefits

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver online therapy sessions tailored to each client’s unique needs.
• Provide guidance in managing stress, motivation, and overall mental health.
• Work collaboratively with a team to enhance therapeutic services.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related discipline.
• Active California licensure as an LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT (or eligibility for licensure).
• Previous experience working with individuals, families, or groups in a therapeutic setting.
• Strong ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
• Commitment to inclusive, affirming, and culturally competent care.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
