What you will be responsible for:
- Explore vision foundation models, taking charge of core algorithm design and model optimization in areas such as data construction, instruction tuning, and preference alignment.
- Dive deep into cutting-edge research and development in the fields of Computer Vision (CV), Machine Learning (ML), and Artificial General Intelligence (AGI).
- Continuously track and explore state-of-the-art technologies in AIGC and multimodal domains, responsible for the design and R&D of core algorithms for image generation, editing, and control.
- Explore novel methods in text-to-image, image-to-image, and Vision-Language Models (VLM), address pain points in existing generative models, and produce high-quality technical patents or top-tier conference papers.
How you will stand out:
- Fresh graduates (Bachelors, Masters, PhD) from all disciplines and/or candidates with up to 2 years of related work experience.
- Solid foundation in Computer Vision and Machine Learning, familiar with core technical fields such as CV, AIGC, NLP, and Reinforcement Learning (RL).
- Excellent fundamental algorithm and coding skills, proficient in C/C++ or Python programming languages.
- In-depth research experience in one or more areas such as multimodal and AIGC; deep understanding of and familiarity with mainstream generative technical routes (e.g., Diffusion, Autoregressive, GANs).
- Good communication and collaboration skills, proactive at work, able to cooperate harmoniously with the team to explore new technologies and drive technical progress.
