What You’ll Do: 

Huntress is looking for a Reseller Sales Manager to join our new reseller sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing reseller partnerships in Australia & New Zealand to support Huntress' continued growth and expansion. You will use your knowledge of the security landscape to open opportunities and build key partner relationships with resellers at the regional and national level(s).

This role will work closely with senior sales leaders and other stakeholders on the revenue team to determine the actions necessary to identify opportunities for new routes to market to increase both revenue and the company’s market presence. You will work to identify value creation opportunities, shape and align implementation and support the reseller’s execution and long-term success.

Responsibilities:  

  • Identify, recruit and onboard new reseller partners across Australia and New Zealand who align with our target market and capabilities, then provide them with the necessary training and support to quickly activate and effectively sell our solutions
  • Create a strategic plan to maximize sales through the reseller and distributor channels, including defining sales targets, incentives, and marketing initiatives to drive partner-sourced pipeline and closed revenue
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers at reseller and distributor companies, ensuring they are actively promoting our products and addressing any concerns they may have
  • Provide resellers with the tools, resources, and ongoing training necessary to effectively present and sell our products to their customers
  • Oversee the process of registering sales opportunities with resellers/distributors to ensure proper attribution and margin allocation
  • Track reseller sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide coaching to maximize their sales potential
  • Work with ANZ distribution partners as a force multiplier for partner recruitment, enablement and scale, including joint campaigns, roadshows and other related activities
  • Work with the marketing team to develop joint marketing campaigns and materials to generate leads and support reseller sales efforts
  • Represent Huntress at industry events, partner days and other related conferences
  • Bring real-time market and reseller/distributor feedback back to the business

What You Bring To The Team:  

  • 7+ years of experience in a combination of channel sales, partner management and/or distribution
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the cybersecurity landscape, including different product categories, technical capabilities, and industry trends particularly in the SMB and Commercial customer segments
  • Proven track record of identifying, recruiting and quickly activating resellers, including an  understanding of partner dynamics and incentive structures. Existing key reseller relationships are highly preferred.
  • SMB and Commercial mindset with a bias for action and execution
  • Experience and knowledge of MSFT licensing and Security solutions highly preferred.
  • Confident, credible communicator who can open doors and build trust quickly with key decision makers at reseller companies and foster long-term partnerships
  • Comfortable working remotely and managing a wide geographic territory
  • Willingness to travel across Australia and New Zealand
