We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a prestigious luxury lifestyle resort in Pafos, part of a renowned portfolio of award-winning properties across Cyprus and Greece. The resort is seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager/Executive to lead and implement innovative marketing strategies that elevate the brand and drive engagement across all areas of its operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with resort’s departments to understand business needs and promote their offerings, aiming to increase revenue, profitability, and guests’ satisfaction.
  • With the marketing team plan, coordinate, and implement marketing strategies and campaigns for resort’s services, including accommodation, food & beverage, golf, spa, and sports facilities.
  • Execute marketing initiatives across multiple channels—digital, print, social media, and events—to support business goals and reach target audiences.
  • Assist with the monitoring of the digital agency and their campaigns, providing support to the resort and marketing team by analysing the data.
  • Develop creating content, write copy and oversee the design and production of high-quality marketing materials, ensuring consistency with corporate brand guidelines.
  • Assist in shaping the Resort's social media calendar to support the resort’s lines of business
  • Create and publish engaging content for digital platforms including the resort’s website, resort’s app, buggy screens, and in-room TV system.
  • Build and maintain marketing databases and execute targeted email campaigns to promote offers, updates, and events.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors’ activities, and customers’ preferences, using insights to refine marketing approaches.
  • Communicate marketing plans and promotions effectively to resort staff to ensure internal alignment and participation.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with high-profile companies and communities to promote resort’s offerings, events, and special offers.
  • Encourage and support cross-promotion across various resort’s services to optimize guests’ spending and experience.

Requirements

  • University degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Fluent in English, both written and oral; additional language skills are an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong MS Office and PowerPoint skills.
