Concord Servicing is a leading loan-servicing company with more than three decades of experience delivering high-quality solutions for originators, lenders, and capital providers across consumer and commercial markets. In June 2025, we welcomed Orion First, a market-leading third-party servicer specializing in commercial loan and lease portfolios, to the Concord family. This integration positions us to offer a full-scope servicing platform: from consumer to commercial, from origination through payments, collections, data analytics, backup servicing, and business intelligence.

Our Mission
We exist to deliver exceptional servicing outcomes for our clients and borrowers by combining deep domain expertise, robust technology platforms, and a steadfast focus on compliance, risk management, and client service. With this expanded platform, we aim to be the go-to partner across the credit lifecycle for both consumer-finance and commercial/lease portfolios.

About the Role

Our team runs on HubSpot, Excel, and a dozen other systems that don't talk to each other. Your job is to connect them, build dashboards that actually get used, and surface insights that change how we forecast and sell.

This is not a chart-assembly role. You need to understand what the data means, spot anomalies, and explain why the pipeline forecast looks different from expected revenue. You'll work with AI tools, build calculations, and tell stories that executives can act on.

You report to the Director of Revenue Operations in the US. You'll work closely with sales leadership, implementations, and finance to build the reporting infrastructure that drives accountability across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Dashboard development: Build and maintain dashboards in Power BI, Looker Studio, HubSpot, or Excel for pipeline, forecasting, and revenue reporting
  • Data integration: Connect HubSpot, Excel, and other source systems into unified reporting views; manage ETL processes and data quality
  • Forecasting support: Build pressure-tested revenue forecasts that reconcile closed deals to actual revenue recognition; track day-one revenue timing and variance
  • Pipeline analytics: Monitor deal velocity by product, stage conversion rates, and quarter-over-quarter activity trends
  • Customer health reporting: Track onboarding status, implementation timelines, and revenue seasoning across the portfolio
  • Executive reporting: Prepare board-ready reports and investor presentations with clean visualizations and accurate data
  • Data analysis: Interpret trends, identify gaps between forecast and actual, and recommend actions based on what the numbers show
  • AI integration: Use ChatGPT and similar tools to accelerate analysis, automate reporting workflows, and surface insights from large datasets

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years in revenue operations, sales operations, business intelligence, or analytics roles
  • Expert-level Excel skills: pivot tables, VLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH, Power Query, complex formulas, and data modeling
  • Experience building dashboards in Power BI, Looker Studio, Tableau, or similar BI tools
  • HubSpot reporting experience (custom reports, deal pipelines, property configuration)
  • SQL proficiency for querying databases and building ad-hoc analysis
  • Strong analytical thinking: you don't just build reports, you interpret them and explain what matters
  • Experience reconciling sales data to revenue recognition timelines
  • Fluent English communication for working with US-based stakeholders

Benefits

  • Competitive Salary
  • Grocery Tickets
  • Medical Insurance
  • Life Insurance
  • Dental Insurance
