Who we are:
We are a leader in fraud prevention and AML compliance. Our platform uses device intelligence, behavior biometrics, machine learning, and AI to stop fraud before it happens. Today, over 300 banks, retailers, and fintechs worldwide use Sardine to stop identity fraud, payment fraud, account takeovers, and social engineering scams. We have raised $145M from world-class investors, including Andreessen Horowitz, Activant, Visa, Experian, FIS, and Google Ventures.
Our culture:
We have hubs in the Bay Area, NYC, Austin, and Toronto. However, we maintain a remote-first work culture. #WorkFromAnywhere
We hire talented, self-motivated individuals with extreme ownership and high growth orientation.
We value performance and not hours worked. We believe you shouldn't have to miss your family dinner, your kid's school play, friends get-together, or doctor's appointments for the sake of adhering to an arbitrary work schedule.
Location:
Remote - United States or Canada
From Home / Beach / Mountain / Cafe / Anywhere!
We are a remote-first company with a globally distributed team. You can find your productive zone and work from there.
About the role
As a Revenue Operations Manager, you will be a strategic architect of our commercial engine. While your primary focus will be leading the Deal Desk function, your impact will extend across the entire revenue funnel. You will serve as the bridge between Sales, Finance, Legal, and Product, ensuring that our go-to-market (GTM) strategy is translated into scalable, efficient, and profitable deal structures.
This is a hands-on, high-visibility role that combines tactical deal execution with strategic process optimization that plays a critical part on our Revenue Operations team in ensuring we hit our aggressive growth targets. You won't just be approving contracts; you’ll be shaping the pricing frameworks, system architectures, and operational guardrails that enable our global GTM teams to scale with velocity.
What you’ll be doing
Own the Commercial Engine: Lead the Deal Desk function, acting as the primary advisor to Sales on complex deal structuring, multi-year commitments, and non-standard commercial terms.
Architect CPQ & Systems: Own the end-to-end administration of our CPQ (DealHub) and Salesforce deal environment. You will design guided selling flows, automate approval chains, and ensure the tech stack evolves alongside our product roadmap.
Strategic Pricing & Packaging: Partner with Finance and Product to operationalize new pricing models and bundling strategies, ensuring they are technically feasible and financially sound.
Revenue Lifecycle Management: Beyond the initial "close," you will help manage the operational aspects of renewals, expansions, and mid-term contract amendments to ensure a seamless customer lifecycle.
Cross-Functional Orchestration: Serve as the "GTM Chief of Staff" for complex deals, aligning Legal on redlines, Finance on revenue recognition, and Product on technical requirements.
Performance Insights: Analyze deal data and discounting trends to provide the executive team with insights on margin health, sales velocity, and win/loss patterns.
Process Engineering: Continuously identify friction points in the sales cycle and design automated workflows to reduce "quote-to-cash" turnaround time.
