As a Romanian Speaking Customer Service Agent, you will assist our Romanian-speaking clients with their inquiries and ensure that they receive exceptional service throughout their experience with us. Your language skills and commitment to customer satisfaction will be vital in maintaining our high-quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist Romanian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat
• Address inquiries related to our products and services in a timely manner
• Document customer interactions accurately within our CRM system
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to resolve complex customer issues
• Guide customers on optimizing their use of our services
• Collect feedback and insights to inform service enhancements
• Participate in training sessions to remain informed about product offerings

Requirements

• Fluency in Romanian and English, both written and spoken
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Prior experience in customer service is preferred but not required
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Friendly and approachable demeanor with a customer-centric approach
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace a new cultural experience
