[RPG] IT Project Manager

Project – the aim you’ll have

Join a dedicated team of Polish and British delivery teams, developers, testers, DevOps engineers, Data Engineers, Project Managers, and Scrum Masters building innovative document management software to advance clinical research. We’ve partnered with our client for years, working on a trust-based, collaborative model. Our work spans development (.NET, C#, React), automation (Playwright), and DevOps (Azure, Kubernetes, Terraform), with a strong culture of knowledge sharing and teamwork. We're looking for a manager, someone with agile mindset who enjoys working with development teams. If you value responsibility, autonomy and clear communication with business stakeholders – this role is for you.

Position – how you’ll contribute

• Independently managing end-to-end projects within the delivery team structure
• Coordinating information flow between the team, the client, and internal stakeholders
• Preparing presentations, project documentation, and regular progress updates
• Managing scope, schedule, risks, and quality of the delivered solution
• Monitoring and reporting KPI performance
• Ensuring timely project delivery and maintaining smooth communication with B2B clients

Qualifications

Expectations – the experience you need

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Project Manager in IT
• Ability to run projects independently and take ownership of outcomes
• Experience working directly with B2B clients
• Strong communication skills and confidence in leading meetings
• Experience in a regulated environment (e.g., pharmaceutical industry) is a plus but not mandatory
• Practical knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
