Your Role:

• Prospect with Precision: Handle a steady stream of inbound inquiries and generate your own outbound leads to connect with potential clients.
• Own the Sales Process: Lead the entire sales cycle, from discovery calls to closing deals, and deliver compelling product demos that highlight real-world solutions.
• Build Strong Relationships: Go beyond transactions — cultivate lasting connections with key decision-makers by sharing your expertise and insights.
• Tailor Your Approach: Customize pitches to address each client's unique needs and demonstrate how KAMI Workforce can transform their operations.
• Hit Your Targets: Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales quotas — we celebrate success, and we want you to thrive!
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with marketing, customer success, and product teams to stay ahead of market trends and ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Communicates clearly, turns “no” into opportunity, and knows how to sell with confidence
