Sales and Client Support Associate
(Early Career | Architecture & Design Industry)
A growing boutique design and manufacturing company is seeking a Sales and Client Support Associate to actively support revenue growth by managing estimates, driving follow-up, and helping convert qualified opportunities into closed sales within the architecture, construction, and design (AEC) market.
This role is well suited for someone early in their career who wants direct exposure to how deals are won, enjoys working toward clear outcomes, and is motivated by helping move projects from pricing to purchase in a professional, consultative sales environment.
About the Team
We’re a boutique design and manufacturing company where sales performance and collaboration go hand in hand. The team is small, experienced, and directly responsible for winning work—meaning your contributions have a visible impact on revenue.
You’ll work closely with senior sales leaders, designers, and product experts who will teach you how to qualify opportunities, position solutions, manage objections, and close business in a relationship-driven industry. This is a hands-on sales environment, not an order-taking or purely administrative role.
About the Role
As a Sales and Client Support Associate, you will be a key driver of sales execution. You’ll support the pipeline by managing estimates and quotes, following up with clients, and ensuring opportunities continue moving toward a decision.
While this is an early-career role, it is performance-oriented and designed to build toward increased sales responsibility over time, including inside sales, account management, or business development.
What You’ll Do
Prepare and manage estimates, pricing, and formal quotes for active sales opportunities
Own follow-up on outstanding quotes and pricing, working with sales leadership to drive decisions
Partner with outside sales representatives to convert estimates into booked orders
Communicate directly with clients to answer questions, clarify scope, and address objections during the sales process
Track opportunities, follow-ups, and next steps in CRM systems to maintain pipeline accuracy
Review drawings and specifications and assist with take-offs to support accurate pricing (training provided)
Coordinate internally with design, operations, and product teams to support competitive and timely proposals
Support sales presentations and proposal development
Learn how projects are qualified, forecasted, and closed in a consultative AEC sales cycle
Contribute ideas and feedback to improve sales processes, conversion rates, and client experience
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication skills and comfort engaging clients in sales-related conversations
Interest in revenue generation and accountability for moving work forward
Organized and persistent, with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
Proactive mindset—someone who follows up, asks questions, and takes initiative
Comfortable working in a goal-oriented, collaborative sales environment
Experience & Education
0–3 years of experience in sales, inside sales, customer-facing roles, or account support
Exposure to architecture, construction, design, or building products is a plus, but not required
Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce or similar) is helpful; training is provided
Bachelor’s degree preferred (business, communications, marketing, or related field)
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive base salary with a performance-based incentive tied to closed sales and revenue contribution
Comprehensive health benefits (multiple plan options available)
Paid time off and holidays
Collaborative, professional sales environment with strong mentorship
Clear growth path into expanded sales or account responsibility
Additional Information
Full-time, direct-hire position
Onsite role in the Denver office
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Background check required
Valid driver’s license required
Why This Role?
If you want an early-career sales role where you’re not just supporting activity—but actively helping turn opportunities into revenue—this position offers real responsibility, coaching, and a clear path to growth within a design-driven, relationship-based industry.
