Sales and Student Engagement Representative

Working as a Sales and Student Engagement Representative, you'll play a critical role in assisting our international student userbase in attaining their educational goals. The ideal candidate is professional at all times, and capable of thriving under pressure. They should be able to quickly assess issues, offer solutions, and make decisions that meet not only our userbase's needs but the business needs as well.

Responsibilities

• Selling and providing customer resolution via phone calls and email correspondence
• Meet a quota for weekly, and monthly sales goals
• Uses established procedures (e.g., call scripts and email templates) but have the ability to deviate when needed.
• Other responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong communication skills both written and verbally
• Interest in problem-solving. Ability to gather relevant data, identify root cause, then determine options and offers suggestions that lead to a resolution
• Technical aptitude and the ability to pick up new technology quickly
• Ability to work independently and manage one's time
• Culturally sensitive: you will be communicating extensively with our diverse user base located in 155+ countries
• Fluency in foreign languages a HUGE plus
