Your responsibilities
- Representing our client by greeting customers, explaining the products and financing options, and walking them through timelines and expectations.
- Achieving your sales targets to meet conversion goals while providing first class patient care to ensure every customer is delighted with their treatment start date.
- Meeting or exceeding your monthly KPIs.
- Handling patient concerns or issues in collaboration with the clinic or head office teams as required.
- Building genuine relationships with clients to build trust.
- Responding to calls and emails in a timely and professional manner.
- Follow up on potential clients and maintain a pipeline for future opportunities.
- Stay self-motivated with a hunger for success. Never settle for less than “Impressive”!
Requirements
- At least 2 years' experience in a sales role.
- Work experience in industries such as automotive, dental, insurance or education is highly valuable.
- Confident presentation of products and the ability to answering customer questions and concerns.
- Bilingual English/German language skills.
