Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team in coordinating all aspects of event planning and execution
• Communicate with clients to understand their event requirements and expectations
• Manage and maintain event schedules, bookings, and logistics
• Prepare and distribute sales proposals and contracts
• Support the sales team in achieving revenue targets and performance goals
• Address and resolve any client inquiries or issues promptly
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless event execution
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and event details for future reference

Requirements

• Previous experience in the hospitality industry or event coordination is preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and event management software
• A detail-oriented approach with a proactive problem-solving mindset
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Indonesian citizens preferred.
