Responsibilities:
• Identify and prospect businesses that could benefit from PEO services
• Qualify leads and schedule introductory meetings with Account Executives
• Educate potential clients on the PEO model and the advantages of working with a brokerage
• Research market trends and client needs to personalize outreach strategies
• Assist in preparing sales presentations and proposals
• Maintain consistent follow-up with leads to nurture interest and move them through the sales funnel
• Log all activities and interactions in CRM systems
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handoff and client onboarding
Skills and Qualifications:
Hard Skills:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B sales, preferably in HR, insurance, or SaaS industries
• Basic understanding of PEO services and business operations is a plus
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish
• Familiarity with sales tools and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
• Lead generation and qualification
• Knowledge of payroll, HR, insurance, and workers’ compensation is a plus
• Business email writing and presentation creation
