As we expand our presence, weโ€™re looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive outbound prospecting and qualify inbound leads in the Indonesia market.

Role Overview

As an Experienced SDR, youโ€™ll be the first point of contact for prospective customers, playing a key role in fueling our growth. Your primary focus will be on outbound prospecting while also qualifying inbound leads. Youโ€™ll work closely with our Account Executives (AEs) to book high-quality meetings and help convert prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Outbound Prospecting: Identify and engage potential customers via cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn messaging.

  • Inbound Lead Qualification: Assess and qualify inbound leads, ensuring a smooth transition to AEs.

  • Account Research & Targeting: Research target accounts (typically companies with 200โ€“1,000 employees) and identify key decision-makers.

  • Multi-Channel Outreach: Leverage tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, and Smartlead to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.

  • Collaborate with AEs: Work closely with Account Executives to strategize on outreach and account penetration.

  • Track & Optimize Performance: Maintain detailed records in CRM, track outreach performance, and optimize tactics to improve conversion rates.

What Weโ€™re Looking For

  • 5+ years of SDR or sales experience, preferably in a SaaS or B2B technology company.

  • Proven success in outbound prospecting and lead qualification.

  • Strong communication skills in English & Bahasa Indonesia (bilingual required).

  • Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, and Smartlead.

  • Ability to handle objections, build rapport, and drive interest in Josys solutions.

  • A data-driven and results-oriented mindset with a passion for sales.
