Role Overview

We are seeking experienced Sales Development Representatives (1–4 years) with a proven track record in B2B lead generation and pipeline development. As an SDR, you will play a key role in prospecting, qualifying, and booking meetings with senior decision-makers across US, India, and Singapore markets. You will specialize in one vertical (Data+AI, Staffing, or Managed Services) and work closely with field sales reps to ensure consistent pipeline creation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own outbound prospecting for assigned territory/vertical.
  • Research accounts and identify key personas (CIO, CDO, CHRO, IT Ops).
  • Execute multi-channel campaigns (LinkedIn, email, phone).
  • Qualify leads using BANT/CHAMP methodology.
  • Book 10–12 qualified meetings per month for field sales reps.
  • Track all activities in CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce).
  • Provide market feedback to sales and marketing teams.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Engineering, or related field; MBA/PGDM a plus.
  • 1–4 years experience in B2B inside sales, lead generation, or sales development.
  • Exposure to IT services, cloud, data, AI, or staffing preferred.
  • Proficiency in sales tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, HubSpot/Salesforce).
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication.
  • Comfortable working in late/early shifts to support US/EU/APAC.
