Your career as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Booksy will allow you to be the driving force behind the growth of thousands of entrepreneurs in the beauty and wellness sector. Working closely with the Inside Sales team, you will be the first human connection with our customers, helping them discover how our technology can transform their businesses.

You will be excited by the challenge of identifying opportunities, qualifying leads, and being the face (and voice) of a market-leading brand. In this role, you don't just ‘sell’; you solve real problems for real people, using tools such as Salesforce to ensure success.

What will you do?

As an SDR, you will be part of our sales team. Your goal will be to make initial contact with potential customers, manage leads and spark their interest in joining Booksy. You will qualify opportunities through outbound calls and social media, ensuring that the sales team receives high-quality prospects. You will inform customers about how our features can enhance their specific businesses. You will coordinate schedules, assigning and organising demonstrations between customers and our sales team.

Your objectives will be based on the number of demonstrations closed for the salesperson and the conversion rate to sales.

Requirements

What will you need to succeed?

Essentially, to ensure success in this role, you will need...

  • Experience in SDR, high-volume outbound calling or similar roles.
  • Experience in the beauty or technology/SAAS sector will be valued.
  • Customer focus and excellent listening, negotiation and oral communication skills.
  • Persuasive communication skills, with the ability to quickly build trust over the phone or WhatsApp.
  • Be organised and responsible, enabling you to meet your targets.
  • Positive and proactive attitude, commitment and ownership of your work. Ability to work in a team.
  • Proficiency in digital tools (Google Suite, Slack), with Salesforce skills being a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of English. Why? It is the official language of our company and is used for all internal communications. As we are a global team spread across five countries, we want you to feel integrated.
