With a steady flow of 10–15 inbound leads per day, your role is to engage, qualify, and connect prospects with the right solution. There’s little to no outbound work involved—just meaningful conversations that lead to real impact. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to 10–15 inbound leads per day across multiple platforms (website, email, social media).
  • Qualify prospects by understanding their needs and aligning them with our services.
  • Schedule consultations and calls with the appropriate consultants or advisors.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate lead records in the CRM system.
  • Re-engage previously interested leads and manage follow-up sequences.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and consulting teams for smooth handovers.
  • Offer basic guidance on our service offerings, pricing, and next steps.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a customer-facing or sales support role (SDR, customer service, lead qualification, etc.).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage and prioritise multiple conversations.
  • A proactive, client-focused mindset with a natural ability to build rapport.
  • Previous CRM experience (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is beneficial.
  • Access to a reliable laptop or desktop computer and stable internet connection (10 Mbps or higher).
