Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Sales Development Representative to help grow our global customer base, primarily focusing on the U.S. market. This role involves managing the complete sales cycle—from initial outreach to closing orders—while working closely with internal stakeholders across our four global regions and customers worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities through a combination of outbound prospecting, inbound lead follow-up, and referrals
  • Conduct virtual meetings and product presentations for potential and existing clients
  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions
  • Prepare and deliver quotes, proposals, and contracts in coordination with U.S. sales and operations teams
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer data in CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Monitor inbound lead channels (website forms, email campaigns, webinar sign-ups, content downloads, etc.)
  • Ensure timely first contact, typically within minutes to a few hours of lead generation
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

 

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of B2B / B2C sales experience, preferably selling technical or industrial products
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Experience working with U.S. or international clients
  • Ability to work across all US time zones
  • Familiarity with CRM software and communication tools (Zoom, Teams, etc.)
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field
  • Working Hours: U.S. time zones (EST/PST), with some flexibility

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or industrial equipment sales
  • Technical background or ability to understand product specifications
  • Exposure to international logistics or export processes is a plus
